Pinnacle Valuers was established in 1993 as a partnership by Mr. Paul Ngugi, Mrs. Carol Ochichi and Dr. Margaret Gachuru . The company was later incorporated as a limited liability company on 8th September 1998.

When we started, Pinnacle Valuers mainly offered valuation services to a small number of banks. Our client base has grown over the years; we are currently on multiple valuers panels serving the majority of Kenya’s financial institutions.

 

We continue to provide excellent services to our clients in the public and private business sectors among them: Non Governmental Organisations (NGOs), Community Based Organisations (CBOs), and international institutions.
