Quarter Acre Plots in Ruthimitu Area, Dagoretti

The plots are situated approximately 900 metres off Muhuri Road within Ruthimitu Area in Dagoretti, Nairobi County and about 300 metres to the west of Kagira Primary School and roughly 2 kilometres north of Dagoretti Market Centre.

These are rectangular-shaped red volcanic soils parcels whose boundaries are predominantly open or marked with barbed wires on timber posts or live hedges. One of the plots has a fairly even gradient while another has a moderate northerly fall that turns steep as one approaches the river which forms their respective northern boundaries. A small section of another plot has rocky outcrops.

The plots are within a proposed gated community with a common double lockable metal plates gate that opens onto a murram surfaced estate driveway.

Mains electricity and piped water services are not connected to the plots but are available for connection from the neighbourhood upon demand.

The plots are ideal for the development of single-dwelling homes in line with the emerging trend in the neighbourhood.

The neighbourhood was hitherto a coffee growing zone but the large coffee farms have gradually been phased out and most have been subdivided into residential plots that are gradually being developed with single dwelling units and pockets of low-rise rental blocks.
